发展山西肥羔肉羊产业 促进农民增收致富

摘　　要：肥羔肉羊产业是风险小、投资少、周期短、经济效益好的畜牧黄金产业。充分利用地方绵羊品种资源,与我国特有的性成熟早、多胎、多羔的小尾寒羊以及国外的优良肉羊品种杜泊羊,组成三元经济杂交,肥羔肉羊4～6个月出栏,胴体重和羊肉质量显著提高,是目前适宜普遍推广的杂交组合;以种植业为基础,秸秆草业为依托,肥羔肉羊业为主导,发展农业循环经济,是半干旱农区提高土地产出率和农业综合生产力,促进农民增收的重要途径;肥羔肉羊不仅在山西省山区而且在平川盆地都可以适应,建立舍饲养殖小区和种羊生产基地,实施科学管理,是提高养殖效益的重要手段。应把肥羔肉羊产业作为山西省畜牧业发展的重点给予扶持。The fat lamb mutton sheep industry is a good animal husbandry of small risk, low investment short-cycle and good economic benefit. To make full use of local sheep breeds resources, put small-tail-han sheep lamb, which is sexual maturity early and multiple births, and Dorper sheep of fine foreign varieties sheep, to compose the ternary commercial hybrid and the fat lamb mutton sheep is 4 to 6 months marketed, significantly improvement in carcass weight and meat quality, so it is generally suitable for the promotion of hybrid combinations; with crop cultivation as basis, straw/forage as support and fat lamb mutton sheep industry as guide to develop agriculture circutar economy in semi-arid rural areas is an important way, to improve land and agricultural productivity, and increase income of farmers. The fat lamb mutton sheep not only in hilly area in our province but also in the basin can be adapted to. Confined farming and establishment of feeding sheep breeding production base, as well implement scientific management, is an important means to improve the effectiveness. Support should be given to the fat lamb mutton sheep industry as the focus of livestock development in our province.
