摘　　要：老年人股骨转子间骨折是常见的髋部骨折。使用人工关节置换术治疗老年人转子间骨折,术后可早期功能锻炼,减少卧床并发症。但应用人工关节置换术治疗老年人转子间骨折的随访时间较短,今后有必要进行大宗病例的远期随访。本研究就人工关节置换术治疗老年人转子间骨折的手术适应证、术前准备、手术技巧、术中注意事项、术后处理、主要并发症及疗效进行综述。The intertrochanteric fracture is a common hip fracture in elderly people.The old patients who were applied artificial joint replacement could do the functional training earlier in order to reduce the incidence of bed complications.The follow up time of the intertrochanteric fractures in elderly treated with artificial joint replacement is short,and the bulk of cases are needed for long-term follow up in the future.his article has summarized the surgical indications,preoperative preparation、surgical technique,intraoperative consideration,postoperative treatment and the major complications and efficacy of artificial joint replacement for intertrochanteric fracture in old patients.
