摘　　要：目前退行性腰椎不稳症已经成为常见病,然而其诊断以及治疗仍有很多争论,特别是治疗方法。争论的焦点主要在于椎弓根系统的坚强固定与非融合技术的弹性固定。本文对腰椎不稳的诊断、治疗以及最新研究进展进行综述,并预测其将来的发展前景,对临床应用具有一定的指导意义。Degenerative lumbar instability had become a common disease.It had a lot of controversy in diagnosis and therapy.The bone of contention rest with the fixation system,rigidity fixation and dynamic fixation.The mechanism of lumbar instability,the diagnosis and therapy of lumbar instability,and summed up the progress of research in degenerative lumbar instability were reviewed in this paper.The author forecast the development of the research degenerative lumbar instability in the future.
