摘　　要：尿酸为嘌呤代谢产物,从尿中自由排出。尿酸在血中溶解饱和度有限,血尿酸水平升高常与机体疾病相关,对血尿酸水平进行早期监测及干预有可能防止或延缓相关疾病的进程。本文就尿酸水平与冠状动脉性心脏病、高血压、糖尿病、肾脏病变、肺源性心脏病、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病、妊娠高血压综合征及脑卒中的相关性进行综述。Uric acid is a product of purine metabolism that can excrete freely in urine.The increase of serum uric acid level is a sign of disease risk of human,because the dissolved saturation of uric acid is limited in blood.Thus,early detection and intervention on serum uric acid level of may prevent or put off the disease process.This paper reviewed the relation between the uric acid and coronary heart disease,high blood pressure,diabetes,kidney disease,pulmonary heart disease,neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,pregnancy induced hypertension and stroke.
