摘　　要：急性心肌梗死患者心肌梗死面积及左室功能的变化对患者的临床治疗效果及判断预后有着十分重要的意义。曲美他嗪是目前抗心肌缺血代谢疗法的一种重要药物。它抑制脂肪酸氧化和刺激葡萄糖氧化,并对缺血的心肌细胞提供一定程度的保护作用,而且不影响血流动力学。临床应用日益广泛,本文就曲美他嗪与急性心肌梗死的研究进展予以综述。The situations of myocardial infarction and left ventricular function are very important to the clinical treatment and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients.Trimetazidine,as an important type of anti-ischaemic metabolic drug,has good protective effects on ischaemic cardial cells by inhibiting fatty acid oxidation and increasing glucose metabolism,furthermore,it has no side effects on hemodynamics.Trimetazidine has been widely used in clinic.This article reviewed the progress of trimetazidine in the treatment of acute myocarial infarction.
