农村非农活动、农民创业与农村经济变迁——基于1992-2007年中国农村的实证分析

摘　　要：实证分析了我国农村非农活动与农民创业的耦合性,结果表明在农村非农产业发展过程中,农民创业活动长期处于活力不足的状态,即农村的创业型农民短缺,不能适应农村非农产业发展需求。另外,研究表明,农村非农活动与农民创业对农村二、三产业的发展有持久的拉动效应,改革开放以来,农村非农活动与农民创业成为推动农村经济变迁的重要力量。The paper analyzes empirically the coupling of China＇s rural non-farm activities and peasants enterprises. The results show that farmers＇ entrepreneurial activity is inadequate,and can not meet the need of the development of the non-agricultural industries. In addition, studies have also shown that non-farm rural activities and farmers＇ entrepreneurs are driving the development of rural secondary and tertiary industries, which has become an important force of economic changes in the rural areas of China. Based on this, the article proposes some countermeasures, such as expanding the activities of non- agricultural opportunities, reforming the government administration system etc.
