长江干散货运输企业经营战略模式选择研究

摘　　要：对经济危机影响下长江干散货运输企业的经营现状进行了分析,提出了长江干散货运输企业可采取的经营战略类型及模式。采用SWOT战略分析方法来选择干散货运输企业的经营战略类型,从企业竞争能力和市场增长率这两个因素入手,构建了长江干散货运输业务经营战略模式选择的战略聚类模型,以利于选择合理有效的干散货运输业务的经营战略模式;并结合经济危机影响下长江干散货运输行业的实际状况,提出了经济危机形势下长江干散货运输企业应采取的经营模式。It focuses on the current operating situation of the Yangtze River dry bulk cargo shipping enterprise, on the basis of market conditions affected by economic crisis. And put forward the alternative models of Yangtze River dry bulk cargo shipping enterprise. The SWOT strategy analysis is used to select the dry bulk transport business strategy tnodel,and then start building a strategic cluster model of dry bulk cargo transport business strategy on the basis of the enterprise competitiveness and market growth rate. It used to select the rational and effective dry bulk cargo transport business model. And then put forth the operating strategy of the Yangtze River dry bulk cargo shipping enterprise, under the situation of economic crisis.
