摘　　要：探讨了我国中小型造纸企业在目前的形势下生存和发展的问题,提出中小造纸企业应该确立与大企业不同的发展思路,将发展的方向转向"专、精、特、新",走出与大企业不同的发展道路。The problems related to the survive and development of China small and medium-sized paper enterpries were discussed under the current situation. The option of small and mediun-sized paper enterprises should establish different development stategy turning torward ＂focus,excellent,special,up-to-date＂ compared to the large-sized ones was put forward.
