摘  要:柴油的高效和清洁燃烧是能源研究中一项重要课题。微乳化柴油性质稳定,保存期长,燃烧充分,排放少,因而是实现柴油高效清洁燃烧的有效途径之一。用两组乳化剂进行试验,结果表明两组乳化剂均能形成微乳化柴油,其中以乳化剂Ⅱ和有机酸Ⅱ为主的微乳化剂乳化效果更好,微乳化剂用量少。对所配制的最佳配方的微乳化柴油理化性能进行了测定,除运动粘度(20℃)偏大外,铜片腐蚀试验、凝点和闭口闪点等主要指标均满足GB252-2000规定的轻柴油要求。Technology of effective and clean burning of diesel fuel becomes an important subject in the field of energy research. Micro-emulsified diesel fuel is one of the effective ways for settling these problems since it is of stable quality and long storage life, and it is easy to be burned out and lead to less emission. Two groups of emulsifiers are employed to prepare micro-emulsified diesel fuel,and the results indicate that micro-emulsified diesel fuel are come into being without exception. Thereinto the emulsifier with the highest efficiency is made up of emulsify Ⅱ and organic acid Ⅱ. Secondly, the micro-emulsified diesel fuel with the most favorite water-emulsifier ratio is selected. Afterwards its performances are evaluated. Testing results show that the grade of the copper-strip corrosion ,the freezing point and the flash point of the sample is up to standard for the GB 252--2000 mi- cro-emulsion sample,but the viscidity(20 ℃ ) of sample is greater than that of standard value.
