摘  要:金属波纹管膨胀节使用中,既要有较高的承压能力,又要有良好的柔性,此外还应具备一定的稳定性和疲劳寿命,因此,其设计、制造、试验等不能等同一般的压力容器和管件等刚性结构,有其本身的独特性和复杂性。根据TSG D2001-2006、TSG Z2004-2007、TSG D7002-2006等相关规范和GB/T12777-1999标准,阐述了金属波纹管膨胀节设计、制造、检验控制要点和型式试验等内容。It is required that metal bellows expansion joints should have an ability to bear pressure, enough flexibility, a certain stability and the fatigue life in use. Different from the general pressure vessels and other piping members with rigid structures, metal bellows expansion joints have the special complexity in design, manufacturing and examination. According to TSG D2001 -2006, TSG Z2004 -2007 and TSG D7002 -2006 related rules as well as GB/T12777 -1999 standard, important points about the design, manufacturing and examination control of metal bellows expansion joints are expounded about the main content on type-test and licensing and assessment.
