摘 要:根据生产实际情况,研制出了一套具有普通压榨与靴形压榨功能的压榨实验装置,并分别对不同定量的新闻纸、白卡纸以及牛皮纸在一定车速和六种压力等级下进行了压榨试验,测定了纸张在两种压榨方式的脱水量和强度性能,测试结果表明:对于三种不同定量纸进行压榨脱水,靴形压榨的脱水效果要比普通压榨的脱水效果好,强度性能有一定改善和提高。Based on the engineering practice, an experimental press system including roll press and shoe press was designed. Experiment on dehydrate performance and paper strength of three different kinds of paper including newsprint paper, white cardboard and kraft paper was conducted at the condition of specified speed and six different pressure grades. The amount of dehydration and strength performance of paper in two kinds of presses were determined. The results indicate that shoe press plays better on the dehydrate performance than roll press. Furthermore, the paper strength after shoe press is obviously improved.
