摘　　要：监狱突发事件关系到监狱安全稳定,监狱突发事件的成因与特征分析是做好预防的前提。监狱突发事件成因主要有监管方面、环境方面、服刑人员方面、社会方面、监狱应急机制的缺陷和不足等原因。监狱突发事件具有突发性、目的性、聚众性、联动性、失衡性、紧迫性。监狱突发事件的预防与处置必须纳入监狱管理工作中。The emergency event in prison connects with the security of prison. Analysis of the cause of formation and character is the premise of guard against. Cause of emergency event in prison mostly includes administering prison, enviornment.sentenced people,society and the limitation and deficiency of mechanism of meeting an emergency etc. It has characters of paroxysmal,mass,linked,unbalanced and urgent. Guard against emergency event in prison must be brought into administering prison.
