摘　　要："长杆较力"是全国武术功力比赛的竞赛项目之一,通过四届全国比赛"长杆较力"项目的技术方法、规则演进、运动成绩等方面的变化,分析"长杆较力"项目技术的优势与存在的不足和问题,提出了建设性的改进建议,为进一步推进武术"长杆较力"这一项目技术的科学发展提供了有益参考。The comparison of force by using long stem is one game of the national martial arts skill competition. In order to provide this game with useful reference, this article will introduce the changes and progresses of this game which include the technical methods, the rules＇ evolution and the performance development in the total four times of this game in national competition, analyze the advantage and disadvantage of this game and make improvement rec- ommendation.
