摘 要:石油焦研制成为水焦浆,在此基础上进一步研究水焦浆与重油混合成为新燃料——油水焦浆。作为油水焦浆技术的核心,重油的加入量和乳化液的用量起着举足轻重的作用。通过一系列的实验确定了重油、乳化水和水焦浆加入量的最佳配比。同时研究得知,油水焦浆中增加重油加入量,其燃烧热值、燃烧产物量、理论燃烧温度和实际燃烧温度都不断增加。预热600℃的油水焦浆的燃烧温度可达到1800℃以上,预热400℃、重油加入量大于50%的油水焦浆的燃烧温度可达到1750℃以上。Petroleum coke is developed into water coke slurry. On the basis of this, a new fuel, oil water coke slurry is further developed by mixing water coke slurry and heavy oil. As the core of oil water coke slurry technology, the adding amounts of heavy oil and emulsion play an extremely important role. The optimum proportioning ratio of the adding amounts of heavy oil, emulsified water and water coke slurry is determined by a series of tests. Meanwhile the study shows that oil water coke slurry increases the adding amount of heavy oil, its combustion value, burnt product quantity, theoretical combustion temperature and actual combustion temperature increase increasingly. The combustion temperature of oil water coke slurry preheated to 600℃ can be up to over 1800℃. The combustion temperature of the oil water coke slurry containing over 50% heavy oil preheated to 400℃ can reach over 1 750℃.
