摘　　要：主要介绍了船舶齿形联轴器润滑脂的研制过程,探讨了极压润滑剂的选择及复合配比,简要介绍了船舶齿形联轴器润滑脂的全尺寸台架试验。Preparation process of marine gear-bearing grease was described. A formula of marine gear-bearing grease was proposed based on the investigation of lube base oil and various extreme-pressure additive packages. Multiple lab tests, gear-bearing tests and full-scale simulator tests were carried out to evaluate the performance of said prepared gear-bearing grease.
