摘 要:采用自制HLB5.9的SP乳化剂,将生物质燃油分散在柴油中,制备了微乳化生物质燃油。研究了微乳化生物质燃油的基本理化性能及其摩擦磨损性能。通过SEM、EDS测试了高频往复摩擦磨损试验后磨痕表面形貌及元素组成与含量,借助表面粗糙度仪检测了磨痕的犁沟深度及表面粗糙度。结果表明,微乳化生物质燃油的平均摩擦系数为0.13,校正磨痕直径为284μm,平均油膜形成百分数为47%,磨痕的深度达3.75μm,表面粗糙度为0.172μm。摩擦磨损的机理可归于,在摩擦过程中,生物质燃油微小液滴被磨损破坏,其中的极性基团和氧元素促使其在摩擦副表面沉积,一方面起到润滑作用,同时也加大了对摩擦副表面的腐蚀,使得在减摩的同时增加了磨损。The micro-emulsion bio-oil was prepared by dispersing bio-oil in diesel at the presence of SP emulsifier of HLB 5.9. The lubricity of the micro-emulsion bio-oil was studied by high frequency reciprocating rig (HFRR). The morphology of the worn surface and the content of elements on worn surface were analyzed by SEM and EDS, also the depth of wear and surface roughness were measured by profilometer. The experimental results showed that the average frictional coefficient of micro-emulsion bio-oils was 0.13, the wear scar diameter was 284 m, the oil film formation was 47%, the depth of rubbed surface was 3.75 m and the surface roughness was O. 172 m. The mechanism of friction and wear is that during the process of friction, the tiny liquid drops in oil were broken, then the interaction between polarity group and oxygen elements caused them to deposit on the surface of friction, which led to the better lubrication, however, the anti-corrosion ability of the micro-emulsion bio-oil was reduced and the wear resistance decreased.
