摘　　要：目的探讨用物理治疗结合心理护理干预对神经症患者焦虑、抑郁症的影响。方法对83例住院期间反复焦虑、抑郁症发作的神经症患者进行物理治疗结合心理护理干预,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定干预前后的心理状态。结果经干预后焦虑、抑郁症程度明显比干预前低(P<0.01)。结论利用物理治疗结合心理护理可以缓解住院神经症患者焦虑、抑郁症状态。Objective To explore the influence of physical therapy togather with psychological nursing intervenes on the anxiety and depression of neurosis . Methods To choose 83 hospitalized patients who outbreak with anxiety and depression time and again, and the staff used the physical therapy combining with psychology nursing to treat the neurosis. The mental state was assessed through SAS and SDS before and after intervention. Results The degree of the depression and anxiety of the patients becomes evidently lower after intervention than that before （P〈 0.01） . Conclusion The therapy combined with the physical and psychological nursing can reduce the anxiety and depression of neurosis in the hospital.
