摘　　要：通过对不同外植体的研究，发现幼胚下胚轴是理想的外植体材料；２，４Ｄ和ＺＴ是中棉所１２体细胞胚发生的关键植物生长调节物。从愈伤组织诱导到大量再生植株只需４个月左右的时间。The study on explants,the cotyledon and hypocotyl from the mature and immature embryo,suggests that the hypocotyl from immature embryo is a suiltable explant for embryogenesis in Zhongmian 12.As plant growth regulators,2,4 D and ZT play an essential role in embryogenesis.The rapid establishment of embryogenesis system has been complished.It take about 4 months from callus induction to plant regeneration.
