激光和^(60)Co-γ对小麦L_2代性状的遗传变异及选择研究

摘  要:采用He-Ne激光和N2激光辐照小麦干种子,研究小麦L2代主要性状的遗传变异。结果表明,激光和60Co-γ诱变后代的变异程度不同,差异明显。He-Ne激光和N2激光诱变后代的变异随照射时间的增加而加大。不同激光和60Co-γ处理诱变后代的变异大小顺序是:激光与60Co-γ复合处理>60Co-γ处理>激光处理。由籽粒产量、株高及籽粒产量和旗叶长构成的选择指数,其遗传进度的相对效率比籽粒产量直接选择高29.85%和29.08%,且仅涉及两个性状,实用性强,为较优选择指数。In an experiment of randomized complete block design the dry seeds of wheat cultivar “Hanyuan” and its γ 1 generation were exposed to He-Ne and N 2 laser irradiation to investigate the genetic variations of the main characters occurring in their L 2 generation. The variability of most characters studied differed greatly between the treatments of laser and 60 Co-γ induction. Variability in L 1 and L 2 increased with treatment duration either with He-Ne laser or N 2 laser. Compound treatment with laser and 60 Co-γ gave the greatest variability followed in order by 60 Co-γ treatment and laser treatment. The relative efficiency of genetic advance with the index of grain yield plus plant height or the index of grain yield plus flag leaf length was 29.85% and 29.08% higher, respectively, than that with grain yield alone. Since these indexes involve two characters only, they are considered to be of practical value and recommended as desirable selection indexes.
