摘  要:】采用HPLC法对银杏叶黄酮醇甙和萜内酯等6种组分含量进行测定。结果表明,银杏总黄酮及槲皮素甙,山萘黄素甙,异鼠李素甙含量随叶的生长不断下降,到叶黄时略有上升。银杏萜内酯及白果内酯和银杏内酯A,B随叶的生长,幼树叶含量开始缓慢上升,到叶黄时迅速下降,老树叶基本不变。综合两种有效成分变化规律,得出银杏叶最佳采叶时间为9月中旬至10月初。High pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) was adopted to determine the contents of 6 chemical components in gingko (Gingko biloba L.) leaves in different seasons. Total flavonol glycosides, quercetin glycoside, kaempferol glycoside and isorhamnetin glycoside declined progressively;whereas total terpenes, bilobalide and gingkolides A and B increased slowly with the growth of the leaves up to leaf yellowing on the young trees. The contents of the above mentioned chemicals showed little variation throughout the year in the leaves on old trees. It is, therefore, concluded that the optimum time for leaf picking is the period from mid September to early October.
