摘　　要：分析了中国城市近代住宅的发展,对现代住宅小区进行了研究,对未来住宅小区进行了展望,重点探讨了绿色住宅、智能住宅和老年住宅,以促进住宅建设的发展,更好地提升住宅建设的数量和质量。The paper analyzes the development of urban modern residence in China,researches on the modern residential complex,expects the future residential complex,and explores the green residence,the intelligent residence and residence for senior people,so as to enhance the development of the residential construction and to promote the quantity and quality of the residential construction.
