摘　　要：分析了北京地铁奥运支线BT模式的运作优势,阐述了BT模式的运作难点,探讨了BT模式的运作风险,提出了规避BT模式风险发生或最大限度减小的措施,以积累BT项目的建设经验。The paper analyzes the operation advantages of BT model for Olympic branch line for metro in Beijing,the paper illustrates the difficulties in the operation for the BT model,explores the operation risks in the model,and points out some measures which can avoid these risks in BT model or to reduce them at utmost,so as to accumulate the construction experience for BT projects.
