摘　　要：将3Cr3Mo3VNb钢与H13、3Cr2W8V等热模钢的高温力学性能进行了比较,列举了它们在生产中的应用实例。结果表明,3Cr3Mo3VNb钢性能优于其它钢种;也论述了超高强韧性热模钢模块生产制作过程的质量保障措施。Compared with H13 and 3Cr2W8V, the 3Cr3 Mo3VNb has higher combination properties such as mechanical be havior under high temperature. Some examples of the productive practice are given, the results show that this material is bet ter than other hot die steels. The factors are discussed which influence the quality in the process of die＇s manufacture.
