摘　　要：阐述了４０年来我国红外技术事业成长的进程及当前的技术进展状况，对今后的发展提出了一些原则性建议。This paper explain the grow up progress of Chinese IR cause in recent 40 years , and the present state of the technical progress. Also raise some principle proposes about the forward expand at the last part of this paper.
