摘 要:分别在酸性浴和碱性浴中用PF系列分散染料对PTT织物进行染色,探讨了染浴pH值对PTT织物分散染料染色性能的影响。结果表明,在pH值4.5~12范围内,PF系列分散染料的最大吸收波长和PTT染色织物的K/S值变化不大,碱性浴染色与酸性浴染色效果相当;织物失重率为2%左右,断裂强力损失不超过4%。PF系列分散染料对PTT织物染色的优化工艺条件为:室温加料,以3—4℃/min升温至70℃再以0.5—1℃/min升温至110℃,保温染色20—40min。该工艺下,染料在碱性浴中的提升力良好,耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均达到4~5级。PFI fabric was dyed with PF disperse dyes in acid and alkali bath respectively. The impact of pH value on the dyeing property was discussed. The results showed that, when the pH value varies from 4.5 to 12,the maximal absorption wavelengths of the PF disperse dyes and the K/S value of the dyed PTT fabric changed little, dyeing results have been equivalent in both alkali and acid bath. The weight loss of the fabris was about 2%, and the breaking strenth loss was under 4%. The optimum dyeing process for PF disperse dyes in alkali bath was as follows, begin dyeing at room temprerature, then heat to ?0 ℃ by 3 - 4 ℃/min heating rate, and heat to 110 ℃ by 0. 5 -1℃/min heating rate, then keep 20 - 40 min at 110 ℃. The build up rate of dyes under the optimum dyeing process was good, and the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of the dyed fabric achieved 4 - 5 grade.
