城乡管理信息平台中区域绿地的标准化要素研究

摘　　要：由于传统城市规划对区域绿地研究不多,现行的管理体制和技术标准又缺乏对区域绿地系统的统一规范,因而在构建区域范围内的城乡管理信息平台中无法有效地集成区域绿地要素。本文通过重庆市城乡管理信息平台的建设实践,分析了城乡信息管理平台需要集成的区域绿地要素应包含的内容,探讨了区域绿地的分类标准和数据库建设的结构模式,以及对规划编制、规划管理、防灾等方面起到的作用。Due to the few study about the regional green land in traditional urban planning, and also the lack of systematic and uniform specification in existing management system and technical standards, so it is hard to effectively collect the regional green land elements when constructing the regional urban-rural management information platform. Through the construction practice of urban-rural management information platform in Chongqing, this article analyzed all the necessary regional green land elements, discussed the classification standard and the structural mode of database construction, as well as their functions in planning establishment, planning management and disaster prevention.
