摘  要:目的:制备蒺藜多糖铁并确立铁含量的测定方法.方法:在一定的pH值和温度下合成蒺藜多糖铁,观察其稳定性,同时采用滴定分析法(常量和微型间接碘量法)测定铁含量,并以相对标准差判别测定方法的可靠性和稳定性,同时比较这两种滴定分析法的优越性.结果:合成的蒺藜多糖铁具有良好的水溶性和稳定性,以常量和微型间接碘量法测定3次产品的铁含量分别为29.2%、29.7%、28.6%和28.5%、29.0%、28.9%.其RSD分别为0.02%和0.01%.结论:滴定分析法是测定蒺藜多糖铁中铁含量的稳定且可靠的方法.但从节省试剂或经济效益方面考虑采用微型滴定.Objective:To preparation of Fructus Tribuli polysaccharide-Fe ( Ⅲ) complex and establish the method of assay of Fe ( Ⅲ ). Methods: At certain pH and reaction temperature preparation of Fructus Tribuli polysaccharide-Fe (Ⅲ ) complex, the stability of Fructus Tribuli polysacchafide-Fe (Ⅲ) complex was observed, the assay of Fe ( Ⅲ) was done by the method of titration analysis (constant and micro titration), and the reliability and consistency of the method were determined by relative standard deviation (RSD), with compare superiority of two titration analysis. Results:The Fructus Tribuli polysaccharide-Fe( Ⅲ ) complex synthesized was stable, with good solubility in water , the assay of Fe(Ⅲ ) complex were 29.2%,29.7% ,28.6% and 28.5%,29.0%,28.9% , use of constant titration and micro titration, respectively for three batches of products , the RSD were 0.02% and 0.01% for the analysis of assay of Fe( Ⅲ). Conclusions:The method titration analysis is reliable in the determination of assay of Fe(Ⅲ ) in Fructus Tribuli polysaccharide-Fe(Ⅲ ) complex, however reagent-saving or cost-effective to consider the use of micro titration.
