高纯氯甲酸苄酯无溶剂生产工艺的研究

摘　　要：本文以苯甲醇和光气为原料,研究了无溶剂高纯度氯甲酸苄酯的生产工艺。优化的生产工艺条件为:在干燥的氮气保护下,在10h左右于-10～-5℃向光气中滴加苯甲醇,滴毕再于10℃回流反应10h。产品纯度达到98.5%,收率达99%。该方法反应条件温和、操作方便、后处理简单、成本低,适合于工业化。Solvent-free manufacturing process of high pure benzyl chloroformate starting from benzyl alcohol and phosgene was researched.The optimum reaction conditions were under the protection of dried nitrogen, benzylalcohol （leq.）was added dropwise to phosgene （2eq.）at-10 to-5℃ in 10h,then refluxed at 10℃ for 10h.The procedure has the advantages of mild reaction conditions,high purity of product （GC 98.5%）,high yield（99%）,simple workup and low cost,thus it was suited to industrial scale production.
