摘　　要：良性前列腺增生症(BPH)是中老年男性泌尿系统最普遍的病症之一。药物治疗存在一定局限性,而传统手术治疗存在高危病人手术风险大、术后并发症多等缺陷。在过去的十几年中,大量对于BPH微侵袭外科手术治疗的研究正在开展,其中使用绿激光(green laser)的前列腺选择性光汽化术(PVP)以其出血少、留置导尿和住院时间短、术后并发症少等优点,有望逐步取代传统经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP),成为新一代BPH治疗的有效方法。通过对PVP手术的原理、方法、优点、术中护理配合、目前研究成果等相关内容的讨论,对该手术进行简要综述。Benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） is one of the most common diseases among elderly people. The medical drug therapy has its limitations. Traditional surgical treatments have some disadvantages for high risk patients, resulting in unfavorable postoperative complications. In the past decade, a various of minimally invasive surgical treatments （MIST） have been heavily investigated to evaluate clinical outcomes in the treatment of BPH. The well recognized advantages of green laser photoselective vaporization of the prostate （ PVP）, including less bleeding, shorter catheterization time and hospital stay, and fewer complications, encourage green laser BPH treatment to replace the traditional transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP）. Relevant contents of the PVP were discussed, including the principles, methods, advantages, nursing care and cooperation during the operation and the current status of the research, to brief this treatment of BPH.
