参芪止疱颗粒治疗复发性生殖器疱疹30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察参芪止疱颗粒治疗复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)的临床疗效及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组口服参芪止疱颗粒;对照组口服泛昔洛韦片,连续用药1个月,服药7天后评定近期疗效,6个月后进行抗复发疗效判定;两组患者均采用流式细胞仪测定治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,并比较两组患者症状消失时间、止痛时间、结痂时间和痊愈时间。结果治疗组和对照组近期疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);抗复发疗效治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+升高(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后上述指标无明显变化。两组治疗后CD3+、CD4+比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论参芪止疱颗粒治疗RGH近期疗效与泛昔洛韦相当,抗复发疗效优于泛昔洛韦片,且能提高机体免疫力,降低复发率。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Zhipao Granule （Granule of pseudostellaria root and astragalus root for treating＇herpes） on recurrent genital herpes and its influence on T lymphocyte subsets. Methods Totally 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was administered Shenqi Zhipao Granule and the control group with famciclovir tablets for one month in succession. The short-term effect was evaluated after 7 days using medicine and six months later the anti-recurrence effect was determined. Flow cytometry was adopted to test the changes of T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood, and symptom disappearing time, pain stopping time, scabbing time and healing time of both groups were compared. Results Treatment group and control group had a similar short-term effect without significant difference （P〉0. 05）. Treatment group had a better anti-recurrence effect than the control group with a significant difference （P〈0. 05）. After treatment, T lymphocyte CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ increased in the treatment group while they were not obviously changed in the control group, the difference between groups was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Shenqi Zhipao Granule has a similar short term effect as famciclovir but better effect in anti-recurrence in treating recurrent genital herpes, and the Granule can improve the immunity of human body to decrease recurrent rate.
