我院2007年抗肿瘤药应用情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查我院东病房楼住院患者2007年抗肿瘤药使用情况,了解临床抗肿瘤药用药特点。方法:统计抗肿瘤药的使用种类、消耗数量、用药金额,计算用药频率(DDDs)和日用药费用(DDC),分析抗肿瘤药的应用现状。结果:我院东病房楼住院患者2007年应用抗肿瘤药7大类68个品种,DDDs排序前3位的依次是乌本美司胶囊(16.63%)、盐酸托烷司琼注射液(11.81%)、安多霖胶囊(10.58%);用药金额排序前3位的依次是多西他赛注射液(17.38%)、盐酸托烷司琼注射液(7.20%)、注射用培美曲塞二钠(5.86%)。结论:我院抗肿瘤药的用药现状符合当前国内该类药品消耗总趋势,使用情况基本合理。Objective ： To investigate the use of antitumor drugs for the patients in our hospital in 2007 to provide clinical references for the rational drug use. Method ： Types of antitumor drug use, numbers of consumptions, and amounts of drugs were collected and the frequency of drug use （DDDs） and cost of drugs （ DDD costs）, calculated, and then the application of antitumor drugs, analyzed. Result： There were 7 categories including 68 species of antitumor drugs used in the East Ward Building in 2007. According to the order of the DDDs sort, the first three species were capsule （ 16.63% ） , tropisetron hydrochloride injection （ 11.81% ） and anduolin capsules （ 10.58% ） , and sorted by the cost of drugs, the first three species were docetaxel injection （ 17.38% ） , tropisetron hydrochloride injection （7.20%） , and pemetrexed disodium injection （5.86%）. Conclusion： The antitumor drug application in our hospital was in line with the current status of the domestic consumption of those drugs, and the overall trend was basically reasonable.
