摘 要:本文合成了乙氧基苯基、丁氧基苯基、十六烷氧基苯基取代3种硫代双烯镍配合物,并用红外光谱表征其结构。紫外-可见-近红外光谱测试表明这3种化合物近红外区的最大吸收波长分别为927,929和932 nm且具有较大的摩尔消光系数。在此基础上,将3种配合物用注射成型方法掺入PMMA树脂中制备了近红外吸收复合材料,3种材料在900~1 000 nm范围内光密度大于3.7,在可见光区平均透过率大于30%,是很好的近红外吸收材料。Three kinds of dithiolene metal complexes substituted by ethoxyphenyl,butoxyphenyl,hexadecyloxyphenyl were synthesized and their structures were characterized by means of Infrared Spectrum and ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared spectrum.Ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared spectrum testings of three compounds show that maximum absorption wavelengths in near infrared range are 927,929 and 932 nm with higher extinction coefficient respectively.Three kinds of near infrared absorbing PMMA material containing the above-mentioned dithiolene metal complexes were prepared,of which optical densities in the range of 900~1 000 nm are higher than 3.7 and the average transmittances in visible range are higher 30%.They are good near infrared absorbing materials.
