摘 要:采用改进的溶胶-凝胶方法制备了掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd∶YAG)纳米粉体,利用XRD对所制粉体进行了表征,结果表明当煅烧温度达到900℃时,粉体已经全部转变为Nd∶YAG晶相。同时,采用TG-DTA和FTIR对干凝胶进行了表征。经单轴单向预压成型后,将生坯体放入热压烧结炉中进行无压真空(10-3Pa)烧结,于1 750℃保温10 h,最后得到Nd∶YAG透明陶瓷。实验过程中,使用了适量的正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)作为烧结助剂。High purity of Nd-doped aluminum yttrium garnet ( Nd: YAG) powders, which were characterized by means of XRD, were prepared by a modified sol-gel method. Results show that the powders have Nd: YAG phase structure when the calcined temperature is 900 ℃. TG-DTA and FTIR were also used to characterize the samples. Transparent ceramics were fabricated by pressureless sintering at 1 750 ℃ for 10h under vacuum atmosphere. The transparent Nd: YAG ceramics were investigated by means of SEM. Amount of TEOS were used as additive during the process of sintering.
