摘　　要：随着我国移动通信的迅速发展，实时联机计费系统的实施已成为当务之急。介绍了ＴＭＮ（电信管理网）的管理技术和标准建议，探讨了基于ＴＭＮ信息结构的移动通信计费管理的实现方法，并在甘肃省移动通信计费管理系统中加以实施。With the swift development of mobile communication in China,it has been a urgent task to adopt a real time on line billing system.The technology and standard recommendation about TMN are introduced in this paper.Also the implementation of a TMN based billing management system for mobile communication is proposed,which has been put into practice in Billing Management system for mobile communication in Gan Su province.
