喘可治注射液止咳平喘药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究喘可治注射液的止咳平喘药理作用。方法:采用小鼠氨水和SO2引咳模型评价止咳作用,豚鼠组胺引喘与离体豚鼠气管条收缩试验评价平喘作用。结果:三批喘可治注射液均能明显延长氨水和SO2诱导的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,并减少咳嗽次数;明显延长组胺引发的豚鼠哮喘潜伏期,减少哮喘次数;明显抑制组胺引起的离体豚鼠气管条收缩。结论:喘可治注射液具有较明显的止咳平喘作用。Objective： To investigate the antitussive and antiasthmatie effects of Chuankezhi Injection. Methods： The cough models induced by ammonia and S02 in mice were used to evaluate the antitussive effect, asthma models induced by histamine in guinea pigs and test for isolated bronchial contraction in guinea pigs were used to evaluate the antiasthmatic effect. Results： Three batches of Chuankezhi Injection prolonged the latent period of cough induced by ammonia and SO2 in mice, and decreased their cough times. It also prolonged the latent period of asthma induced by histamine in guinea pigs, and inhibited histamine-induced contraction of the isolated tracheal in guinea pigs. Conclusion： Chuankezhi Injec- tion has obvious antitussive and antiasthmatie effects.
