摘 要:普通电流传感器的测量精度只有3%~5%,难以满足高精度测量的需要。通过对电流传感器误差的分析,在普通电流传感器的基础上,加入电子线路动态跟踪铁芯中的激磁电流并进行补偿,使铁芯动态地达到“零磁通”状态。分析了加入电子补偿线路后电流传感器的工作原理、电子线路的结构与线路中参数的确定方法,并对铁芯的材料、结构与屏蔽等做了分析。测试表明:电流传感器的精度得到了提高,补偿效果良好。The measurement accuracy of common current sensor is only 3 % -5 % and it is difficult to meet the needs of high-precision measurement. Through the error analysis of current sensor, the electronic circuit is added to the common current sensor to track the magnetizing current of iron core and compensate it dynamically, so that the iron core can achieve "zero flux" state. The working principle of current sensor by adding electronic compensation circuit,the structure of electronic circuit and the selection method of parameters in circuit are analyzed. The material and structure of iron core and shielding method of current sensor are also analyzed. The performance test shows that the accuracy of current sensor is improved and the compensation effect is good.
