摘  要:选用甜高粱品种原甜1号,在拔节后第20天叶面喷施调环酸钙-青鲜素复配剂,设2.6、5.2和10.4 mg/m2共3个处理,研究了复配剂处理对成熟期植株各节间长度的影响。结果表明,调环酸钙-青鲜素复配剂对甜高粱所有节间直径和处理时已经完成伸长的节间长度无显著影响,对处理后5 d内正在伸长的节间具有抑制伸长作用,随复配剂用量增加,抑制效果明显,复配剂10.4 mg/m2处理使收获期第11节间比对照缩短了23.6%;调环酸钙-青鲜素复配剂对处理5 d以后开始伸长的部分节间产生促进伸长趋势,但均未达到显著水平。Objective of this work was to study the effects of mixture of Ca-prohexadione and maleic-hydrazide on the action site of sweet sorghum internodes and extent of its in fluence. The mixture of Ca-prohexadione and MH was foliary sprayed at rates(mg/m^2) of 2.6,5.2 and 10.4 at 20 days after jointing. At harvest, the length of elongated internodes was determined. The results showed that diameter of internodes had an increasing trend but not significantly. The mixture of Ca-prohexadione and MH had no effects on the elongated internodes,which depressed elongating internodes at 5 days after applying. With increasing of rate of the mixture, there was obvious inhibition effect on the elongating internodes. The inhibition effect was found to become more intense increasingly with increase of rate of the mixture of Ca-prohexadione and MH. The 11th internode was shorter 23.6% at the mixture with 10.4 mg/m^2 than control. The mixture had a positive effect on internodes that will elongate after applying 5 days and not significantly.
