摘 要:为评价毛桃的根癌病抗原价值,以实生苗为试材,采用人工接种的方法研究了毛桃(Prunus persica)对发根土壤杆菌(Agrobacteriumrhizogenes)的抗性。结果表明:接种的103株实生苗的株平均瘤径0~24 mm,群体平均瘤径8.77 mm;其中3株未发病,3株瘤径1.00~3.00 mm,7株3.01~5.00 mm,32株5.01~8.00 mm,58株>8.00 mm;评价为免疫、高度抗病、抗病、感病和高度感病型株率分别为2.90%、2.90%、6.79%、31.10%和56.31%。本研究中,毛桃对发根土壤杆菌高度感病,实生群体内存在广泛的抗性分离现象,其中有免疫基因型植株,是珍贵的根癌病桃树抗原和桃砧木抗根癌病品种选育的种质资源。The resistance to A. rhizogenes of P. persica was studied using seedling through the artificial inoculation. The range of diameter in 103 plants was 0- 24.00 mm and mean diameter of tumor in all plants was 8.77 mm at 70 days after inoculation. Immunity(3), highly resistant(3), resistant(7), susceptible(32) and highly susceptible (58) were found in P. persica and their corresponding percentages were 2.90% ,2.90% ,6.79% ,31.10% and 56.31%, respectively. To crown gall disease, P. persica was highly susceptible to A. rhizogenes and showed an obviously resistant segregation, Immunity genotype of P. persica was an excellent resistant species and germplasm resource for crown gall.
