摘　　要：目的探讨肺炎性假瘤的诊断与手术治疗。方法回顾52例肺炎性假瘤的检查和手术进行分析。结果1例术后并发支气管胸膜瘘死亡外,余均治愈。结论手术是治疗肺炎性假瘤的有效方法。Objective To discuss the diagnosis and operation of the pulmonary Inflammatory pseudotumor. Methods Analysis of the examination and operations of 52 cases suffered from pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor. Results That 51 cases were cured. Only 1 case died of the postoperative complication of Bronchopleural fistula. Conclusion The operation is a effective method for the treatment of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor.
