进口红掌上香蕉穿孔线虫种群的个体发育

摘　　要：对温室中的进口红掌上查获的香蕉穿孔线虫种群的个体发育进行研究,结果表明,香蕉穿孔线虫种群的卵在25℃的清水中培养12 h后发生卵裂,从单胞卵到二龄幼虫孵出经历10.0-11.5 d.在25℃胡萝卜愈伤组织中,卵的孵化需要7-9 d,幼虫期为8-10 d,完成1个生活史需要18-22 d.Ontogeny of Radopholus similis populations from Anthurium andraeanum in the greenhouse was studied.The result was showed that the eggs began to split after 12 h in water at 25 ℃,and spanned during 10.0 to 11.5 days from a single cell egg to the second larva stage.In carrot callus,the duration of its complete life cycle was 18 to 22 days at 25 ℃,while 7 to 9 days for the eggs hatched and 8 to10 days for the juvenile stages.
