综合干预疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者血液流变性和细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合干预疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用机制。方法:将60例慢性盆腔炎患者按照1∶1的比例随机分为综合干预疗法组(治疗组)和金刚藤胶囊组(对照组)各30例,观察两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标和白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosisfactor-α,TNF-α)的变化。结果:治疗组患者的血液流变性显著改善,在降低全血比黏度、血浆比黏度,红细胞比容、血沉方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组患者血清TNF-α水平显著下降(P<0.05),IL-2水平显著上升(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论:综合干预疗法疗效确切,其作用机制与改善慢性盆腔炎患者血液流变性及调节抑炎性和促炎性细胞因子的平衡有关。.Objective： To explore the mechanism of composite intervention in treating chronic pelvic inflammation disease （CPID）. Methods Sixty CPID patients were averagely randomized into treatment group （treated with composite intervention） and control group （treated with Jingangteng Capsules）. The blood rheological property and the serum levels of interlukin-2 （IL-2） and tumor necrosis facto-α （TNF-α） were observed in patients of both groups before and after treatment. Results. After treatment, the blood rheological property of treatment group was significantly improved, and the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly decreased compared with those of control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the level of TNF-α was significantly decreased （P〈0.05） and the level of IL-2 was significantly increased （P〈0.05） in treatment group compared with those before treatment; and the levels of IL-2 and TNF-α of treatment group were significantly different from those of control group after treatment （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion. The composite intervention has definite effect in treating CPID; its mechanism might be related to improving blood rheological property and regulating the balance of proinflammatory cytokines and inflammation-restraining cytokines.
