摘  要:研究了两个重要银杏品种大佛指和七星果在自然生长条件下叶片衰老过程中叶绿体功能特性和类囊体膜多肽组分的变化规律.结果显示:大佛指叶绿素含量、ATPase活力、Fv/Fm和Fv/F0在8月呈上升状态,8月31日达到最大值后开始迅速下降;而伴随着光合磷酸化活力的变化,ATP含量从8月10日开始一直呈下降状态;七星果的光能转换指标从8月10日开始缓慢下降,但是下降的幅度比大佛指慢;大佛指类囊体膜多肽组分在叶片衰老后期降解速度大于七星果.实验显示,七星果的衰老时间早于大佛指,而大佛指衰老速率比七星果快;叶绿体光能转化指标衰退早于ATP酶类活性的衰退.The change of chloroplasts function characteristics and thylakoid membrane polypeptide component during leaf senescence in nature condition of two important species of Ginkgo—— "Dafozhi" and "Qixingguo" were studied.The results showed that:the leaf chlorophyll content,ATPase activity,Fv/Fm and Fv/F 0 of Dafozhi increased in August.After they got the maxlmum number at the end of August,they descented quackly.However,the content of ATP descented with the activity of photophorylation from the beginning of August.The light-energy conversion characteristice of Qixingguo descented slowly from the beginning of August,but it was not so quickly as dafozhi. Thylakoid membrane polypeptide component of Dafozhi degraded more quickly than Qixingguo's,but there is no difference at seeds output between this two Ginkgo varieties.From the result we know that the leaf senescence of Qixingguo is earlier than Dafozhi,but Dafozhi's leaf senescence is faster than Qixingguo's; Chloroplast light-energy conversion index declined earlier than photosynthetic apparatus and some enzymes.
