摘　　要：目的探讨杏仁核髓鞘结构在吗啡依赖戒断焦虑模型大鼠中的改变情况。方法采用剂量递增法建立吗啡依赖戒断后焦虑模型,应用透射电镜对大鼠脑杏仁核组织髓鞘结构进行观察。结果与生理盐水组比较,焦虑模型组大鼠杏仁核组织髓鞘出现肿胀变性、板层结构松解、脱髓鞘。结论杏仁核中髓鞘结构的改变可能是吗啡依赖戒断后焦虑发生的病理学基础之一。Objective To investigate anxiety related morphologic changes of myelin sheath in amygdale after morphine withdrawal. Methods Gradually increasing dosage was used to establish the withdrawal model in morphine-dependent rats. The electron microscope was used to study the histomorphologic changes of myelin sheath in amygdala. Results Compared with the control group, anxious rats demonstrated an incompact and vacuolar myelin sheath. Conclusions Histomorphologic changes of myelin sheath might contribute to the development of anxiety symptom in morphine-dependent rats suffered from withdrawal.
