高效液相色谱法测定活血止痛胶囊中人参皂苷R_(g1)含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定活血止痛胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用ZorbaxExtend-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20:80),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为203nm,柱温为30℃。结果人参皂苷Rg1进样量在1.236～9.888μg(r=0.9991)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.90%,RSD=1.03%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便可靠、专属性强,可用于活血止痛胶囊的质量检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Huoxue Analgesic Capsules. Methods The Zorbax Extend-C18 column （150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of aeetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（20：80）,the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detecting wavelength of 203 nm. The column temperature was at 30 ℃. Results The linear range was 1. 236 - 9. 888 μg for ginsenoside Rg1（ r = 0. 999 1）. The average recovery rate of ginsenoside Rg1 was 97. 90% , RSD 1.03% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with high specificity and good repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Huoxue Analgesic Capsules.
