摘　　要：目的建立测定盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊中左氧氟沙星含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.05mol/L枸橼酸溶液-1mol/L醋酸铵溶液-乙腈(77:1:14),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为293nm,进样量10μL,柱温为30℃。结果左氧氟沙星检测质量浓度的线性范围为10.44～104.4μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.50%,RSD=0.45%(n=6)。结论该方法快速、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of levofloxaein hydroehloride in Levofloxacine Hydroehloride Capsules by HPLC. Methods Phenomenex Luna C18 column（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used,the mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol/L citric acid- 1 mol/L ammonium acetate-acetonitrile（77 ： 1 ： 14）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the temperature of 30 ℃ ,the detecting wavelength was at 293 nm, the sample volume was 10 μL. Results There was the good linear relationship between the concentration of levofloxacin hydrochloride and peak area within the range of 10. 44-104. 4 μg/mL（r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 99.50% , RSD =0. 45% （ n =6）. Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate and reproducible.
