摘　　要：目的分析听神经瘤患者的合理用药情况。方法利用药历管理软件及药物经济学方法,对医院2003—2007年听神经瘤患者使用的药品数量与金额进行统计分析。结果在听神经瘤患者的治疗过程中,多类药品均被使用,限定日费用(DDDc)不断降低。结论药物在辅助手术治疗、并发症治疗方面起着重要的作用。国家应不断降低药品价格,让利于民。Objective To investigate the status of rational drug use in the patients with acoustic neuroma in our hospital from 2003 to 2007. Methods Amount and consumption sum of drugs were summarized and analyzed statistically by the medical records management system and the pharmaeoeconomieal method. DDDs and DDDc were calculated. Results Many kinds of drugs were used for the treatment of acoustic neuroma. DDDc decreased continuously. Conclusion Drugs play an important role in assistant surgical treatment and complications treatment. The price of drugs should be uninterruptedly decreased in our hospital to be conducive to patients.
