老年人腹股沟疝无张力修补术并发症分析及防治

摘　　要：目的分析老年人腹股沟疝无张力修补术并发症的发生原因,探讨其防治措施。方法回顾性分析2000年6月至2008年6月收治的624例老年人腹股沟疝的临床资料。结果624例老年人腹股沟疝手术后并发症共71例(11.38%)。其中,术后尿潴留9例(1.44%),阴囊血肿、浆液肿14例(2.24%),切口感染7例(1.12%),疝复发13例(2.08%),肺部感染6例(0.96%),下肢深静脉血栓形成2例(0.32%),切口异物感16例(2.56%),切口慢性疼痛4例(0.64%)。结论充分的术前准备、严格的无菌操作、熟练的手术操作、合理的术后处理是防治并发症的关键。Objective To analyze the reasons ot complications in tension-free inguinal hernia repairs of old ages and explore the prevention and treatment. Methods Clinical data of 624 old patients with inguinal hernias from Jun. 2000 to Jun. 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Seventy-one cases of complications were found in 624 old patients with inguinal hernias, including 9 cases of urine retention（1.44 %）, 14 cases of scrotum hematoma and scrotum serum swollen（2. 24 G）, 7 cases of incision infection（1.12 %）, 13 cases of recurrence（2. 08%）,6 cases of pulmonary infection（0. 96%）,2 cases of deep venous thrombosis（0. 32%）, 16 cases of incision foreign body sensation（2. 56 G）, and 4 cases of chronic incision pain（0. 64%）. Conclusion Fully preoperational preparation, strict aseptic operating, skilled operating and rational postoperationl handling are the critical dealing to prevent the occurrence of complications.
