摘  要:Y200S型小样机的电动提综系统用单片机电子纹板代替原来花筒、纹板。系统根据电子纹板的设置控制提综的规律,形成织物的组织结构。该系统的应用增强了织物品种变换的灵活性,减少了纹板纹钉的材料消耗,降低了劳动强度,提高了提综的准确度,缩短了布样的织造时间,为开发色织新产品创造了条件。Electric heald motion system on Y200s figuring machine is introduced in this paper. The electronic lags by single - chip control are used to replace the original master drum and lags. According to the pattern set of electronic lags, the single - chip controls the lifting order of heald frame to format the structure of the fabric. This system on figuring machine enhances the flexibility in fabric product variety, reduces material consumption of lags and pegs and labor intensity, improves the accuracy of heald frame motion and shortens the period of cloth test - weaving, which helps development of more new yarn - dyed products.
