摘　　要：以丙烯酸酯为主体的浆料一般采用乳液聚合法合成,以表面活性剂作为乳化剂。文章以乳液丙烯酸酯浆料和去除乳化剂后的丙烯酸酯浆料对涤纶、涤棉、纯棉粗纱进行上浆,通过测定粗纱的黏附力来表征乳化剂对粗纱黏附力的影响。Size with acrylate as the main part is usually synthesized by emulsion polymerization method with surface active agents used as emulsion agent. In this thesis, polyester roving, polyester and cotton blended roving and cotton roving are sized by acrylate emulsion size and no emulsion agent acrylate size, and the influence of emulsion agent is showed by determining the adhesive strength of the roving.
