摘　　要：在针织立绒机上生产的毛绒产品为纬编衬垫组织。文章介绍了在该设备上生产异性异色毛绒均匀分布产品的生产工艺及产品特性。在组织结构确定的情况下,通过变换三角的配置,结合原料种类和颜色的变化组合,从而得到两种原料或两种颜色毛绒均匀分布的风格不同的毛绒产品,并对工艺设计进行了阐述。Plush product knitted on knitting velvet machine is of weft inlay structure. This article introduces the product characters and its processing technology to be produced on knitting velvet machine with different fiber and color uniformed distributed. Through cam setting and combination of different fiber and color, plush product of different style with two different fiber materials and two different colors uniformed distributed are knitted. The design of its processing technology is described in the paper.
